If you think there's been an error in a charge posted to your account, you need
to notify us within 15 days after the charge is posted to your account balance

credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we

understandings between you and ppcardstore with respect to the products and
services offered hereunder to you and the terms and conditions under which they
are offered and provided to you. If any part of these terms and conditions is
declared invalid or unenforceable, all other parts of these terms and conditions
are still valid and enforceable. Such invalidity or non-enforceability will not
invalidate or render unenforceable any other portion of these terms and
conditions. No provision of these terms and conditions provides any person or
entity not a party to these terms and conditions with any remedy, claim,
liability, reimbursement, or cause of action or create any other third party
beneficiary rights. The laws of England and Wales govern this Agreement and your
use of the game cards. You agree that the English Courts have jurisdiction over
any claim or dispute with ppcardstore or relating in any way to your account or
your use of the game cards.

| CHARGES/BILLING |

You agree to pay for all prepaid cards that you purchase through the Service and
ppcardstore may charge your credit card for any such payment(s). ppcardstore
may, in its discretion, post charges to your credit card individually or may
aggregate your charges with other purchases you make on the website. Your credit
card will only be charged after we have verified your card details, received
credit authorization and confirmed product availability. You are responsible for
keeping your account secure and confidential and you will be responsible for any
charges that are incurred by any person through your account. All charges will
be billed to the credit card you designate when you first make a purchase or
incur a charge.

ppcardstore accepts only the following forms of payment for online purchases: Visa,
MasterCard, and Bank Transfer.

You agree that any submissions you make for electronic purchases constitute your

| Refunds and Cancellations |

Once you receive your pin number it signifies that your credit card company has approved your
transaction and the purchasing process is considered fulfilled. Due to the nature of ppcardstore’s
business i.e. eCommerce, this signifies the possibility of immediate customer use and consumption
of goods or services. As a matter of policy, therefore, ppcardstore does not accept the processing
of refunds or cancellations automatically. The Company reserves the right, unequivocably not to
provide refunds or accept cancellation of orders. Where customers can, however, demonstrate that
goods or services remain completely and wholly unused, ppcardstore will consider any claim for return
of monies paid by customers on a case-by-case basis. Any consideration of claim will not, and is not
intended to replace, undermine or supercede ppcardstore’s legal position as cited elsewhere on this
website.

| Contract Fulfillment |

Once you have completed all personal and credit card details as required on the ppcardstore website,
information will be forwarded electronically to your credit card company. ppcardstore will receive a
near instantaneous message back either approving or rejecting the transaction. Upon approval, a
pin number will be generated and delivered to you either on screen, by email or by SMS. Once this
activation number has been forwarded, ppcardstore considers the transaction complete and
you may use your phonedaphone card for international or domestic telephone calls.
